Internet Explorer may block this installation by default. If you cannot see the cam and are seeing a message like "The AXIS Media Control, which enables you to view live image streams in Microsoft Internet Explorer, could not be registered on your computer." then you will have to allow Internet Explorer to install the ActiveX control to view this camera.

If an information bar pops up prompting you to install the ActiveX control, click on the bar and install the control.
