Outside Guest Services (age 18+)

We have several openings for our outside guest services positions which give you a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills and make an impact on our guest experience. You will be the first interaction in our lift lines as a ticket checker or lift operator. Helping out our guests on the hill as they enjoy the day is an important part of our outside operations.

Ski Instructor (age 14+)

If you love spending time on the snow, enjoy working with others and want to improve your skiing skills, being a Ski Instructor might be a great fit for you! Our instructors are able to share their passion for snow sports with guests and have plenty of time to ski on their own. Ski Instructors strive to provide a positive learning atmosphere for guests of various ages and abilities. Instructors are friendly, courteous, and guest service-oriented.

No prior instructing experience is required. On-snow assessments for Ski Instructors will take place once our season begins, but you do not have to be an expert to join our team!

Food Services (age 16+)

Food Services at Little Switzerland manages all food outlets at the resort, including the upper Chalet our Switz Café. We prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold foods covering lunch and dinner, and of course, any snacks in between!

Our friendly staff also helps to maintain lodge cleanliness, greets customers and is often the very first interaction our guests have with Little Switzerland. 

We are currently looking for students and adults 16+ for our Food Services Department. 

Lodge Guest Services – (ticketing, rentals, cashiering)  (age 16+)

Working inside the lodge gives you a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills and make an impact on our guest experience. We have several areas within our lodge, including: rentals, customer service, cashiering, ticket counter, pro-shop and facility services. By working with a team of friends and co-workers, you will perform a variety of tasks within one of our guest areas as well as help maintain lodge cleanliness and greet customers. Our friendly lodge staff is often the very first interaction our guests have with Little Switzerland.

Terrain Park Crew (Age 16+)

If you are passionate about snow sports (especially terrain parks) park crew is a perfect choice for you! As a member of our park crew here at Little Switz, you will act as a role model in our parks, creating a safe and family-friendly environment for all guests.  It is your responsibility to maintain the terrain parks, teach guests park safety when needed, and understand and uphold freestyle terrain etiquette.  We are looking for outgoing, friendly and passionate staff to help make our parks the best in the area. We also are looking for build crew staff (age 18+). 

No prior experience is required.  Off and on-hill training will be offered once we have snow!

The Chalet Bar (age 21+)

Our Chalet Bar is a great place to utilize your customer service and bartending skills. Our chalet bar is open seven nights a week while our ski hill is open, and is a very busy and fun place for our guests to hang out and enjoy a beverage after a great day out on the slopes. Our bartending staff excels at providing a friendly, hometown atmosphere, getting to know our regular passholders as well as guests who come to ski for the day.
