All tickets are non-refundable and may not be resold. If you cannot use your tickets due to weather, road conditions, change of plans, or any other reason not enumerated here, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to close or cancel any ticket for any reason at our discretion. In the case of a closure, tickets will be transferred to another date. Change of plans? Tickets can be transferred to a different date or person for a $10 service fee per ticket. They are NOT transferable on the day of or after the pre-purchased date (no-show). Unused tickets are forfeited and non-refundable.

Skiing/Snowboarding without a valid ticket is considered theft of services. If caught, you will be subject to paying 3 times the daily ticket rate or prosecution.

All lift tickets require a form including a release of liability. For an additional $25 per ticket you can fill out a form without the release of liability. Online Redemption: Upon arrival, have your barcode ready and proceed to our ticket window located outside the building on the right side. From there, you will check in for both tickets and rentals.
